The Path Here
Long before The Beauty of Zen existed, Shannon's interest in health and wellness was already shaping the way she viewed beauty. What began as a personal journey toward healthier low-tox living evolved into a deeper curiosity about scalp health, ingredient awareness, and the connection between healthy hair and overall well-being.
As Shannon's education expanded beyond hair and into holistic wellness, she discovered a way to unite the two. Through advanced training in scalp care, organic color, health coaching, yoga, and sound healing, she created an approach that prioritizes healthy hair, scalp wellness, and beautiful, lasting results.
In 2025, The Beauty of Zen opened in Worcester as a private salon and head spa built around a simple belief: beautiful hair should never come at the expense of our health. Today, clients can experience organic color, personalized scalp care, and a more intentional approach to beauty.
